I never knew that Nāgārjuna tried to establish an impossibility of causality much like Hume though through different means. What do you think Hume would think about this?

Hello Harsha! You're correct. We can see similarities with the regularity theory/ constant conjunction of Hume. Although Nāgārjuna's emphasis on conditions rather than causation is the key difference. Hume would have been dismissive. I think there could have been a more interesting conversation with Russell on this topic.
